2. Scope
These terms govern all domain acquisition inquiries and transactions initiated via this website.
3. Domain Pricing
Prices listed on this site are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any transaction proceeds.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through Escrow.com, EscrowDomains.com, Sedo, cryptocurrency, wire transfer (ACH/SEPA/SWIFT), Wise.com, PayPal, or Neteller. All transaction fees are borne by the seller unless otherwise agreed.
5. Lease-to-Own
Interest-free instalment plans (2–60 months) are available via Escrow.com or EscrowDomains.com. The domain remains in escrow until full payment is received. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of amounts paid and return of the domain to the seller.
6. Domain Transfer
Upon confirmed payment, the seller will provide the authorization code within 24 hours. Domain transfers typically complete within 3–7 business days depending on the registrar.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of domain transactions, refunds are not available once a domain transfer has been initiated. Disputes are handled through the escrow provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
DomainEmpire.com Ltd acts as a broker and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from domain transactions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
